I'm fat. How do I loose weight?!


Question: I'm fat!. How do I loose weight!?
What's a good workout routine to do at home!?

BTW-I'm poor and can only afford dumb bells and workout DVDs!.

Also, I know how to eat healthy, and I'm already on a detox diet!. I just need excerise to help me loose weight!.

I weigh 425 pounds!. I need to loose at least 300!. What are some good goals for me to work at!? How many pounds should I loose a month, and what's the most I should be eating calorie and fat wise!? (I'm 5 ft 3in)

Start by walking daily!. As for having no weights you can do what my husband did when he lived in Mexico; get 2 bucket, milk jugs, paint cans, etc!.!.!. and fill them with either cement or sand then either use them like that or attach some sort of bar between them! there are also lots of excersizes you can do without equipment like; running in place, lying leg lifts, crunches, squats, etc!.!.!. You should cut down your calorie intake slowly until you reach about 2,000 calories daily!. If you reduce your caloric intake too fast you will not be able to handle it because your stomach is used to having a lot more than that! A man should take in 30 fat grams daily while a woman should take in 20 fat grams daily to lose weight, afterwords men 40 and women 30 to maintain!. Any more than that will cause weight gain!. It is only healthy to lose about 3 or 4 lbs!. a month but, at first you will probably lose it a little quicker if you stick with it and as your body gets used to the routine your weight loss will get to a normal rate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say forget the dumbbells and DVDs for now and get simple, you just need to eat reasonably healthy (probably around 1600-1800 but that also depends on how you are eating now, try to cut 500 daily from where you are now, you'll probably have to log your diet for a week or two to figure that out)!.

Try something like the Omron pedometer (model 720 ITC)--I pick this one in particular as it has an accelerometer (and costs ONLY $28, less than a set of dumbells)--it auto resets each night at midnight and can give you a total energy expenditure (from being in your pocket and sensing movements) for the day, try it for one week while you are logging above and keep your info, then try to increase your daily average by 50 each week and you should start to see results!.

PS the detox diet is probably fine, but I don't think that is something that will give you long term results because you can't possibly eat that way forever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all i just like you to know loosing weight will not happen over night it will take time and alot of hard excersise and eating healthy!.

you xould just run about 20 mins everynight and attemt sit up!. dont strain your self though!. do as many as you feel comfortable doing then trt attempting more!.

eat lots of veg and fruit
but als keep your diet balanced will meat dairy and other important foods!. dont completly cut them out of your diet because this can cause problems!. onli cut out to foods of you are eating to many

i know you said you are poor , but i suggest saving up and buying the nintendo wii fit!. this helps you loose alot of weight with it hundreds of excersise routines!.:)

losing 300 lbs is a BIG commitment first about all losing that much weight is a lifestyle change not just a diet or exercise routine!.!. you have to change the way your view eating!.!.!. eating provides out with the proper nourishment!. we don;t eat for taste but for life!.!. so with that philosophy you can change your outlook on food!.!. start of by getting a physical exam from your primary care physican!. he or she will be able to determine whether you are health or not and can become active!.!.!. if there is any underlying physiology you should refrain form exercise!. if your are health start by walking a few minuets each day about 20 mins!. take the stairs!.!.!. walk the dog!.!. do lawn work and this should help you lose weight to begin withWww@Answer-Health@Com

okay, for people that are really heavy ddr [dance dance revolution] is a great way to lose weight!. IF you already have a playstation two or one, just buy a game, they cost about 60 dollars for the game and the mat together!.!.!.wrap your tummy with the clear plastic wrap you can find in your kitchen and dance for a couple hours a day, and if you can't do that much, about an hour would be fine

You need to eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. Be sure to eat plenty of foods with fiber!. Eat lean meat!. Cut out fast food, junk food, and soft drinks!. Drink lots of water!. The recommended calorie intake to lose weight is 1500!. Find some good cardio workout DVD's, and also, walking everyday would be good for you also!. Eat plenty of green vegetables!. They are low in calories and high in nutrition!. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism!. Here are some free workout videos and other tips to lose weight fast!.!.
