Question: What do you think of Workout: One-on-One Training with Jackie DVD!? BTW I don't need diet tips
Is it hard for someone who's just starting out!? Would all or part of it be worth it to do!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I did this DVD one time with my friend, and there are places where I got a little too out of breath to carry on!. But with all exercise DVDs, you're ultimately in control of how hard you work, so if there are times you need to take a break, just either march on the spot through the hard part, or pause it, get a drink and come back to it!. You can also modify the effort you put into it, so say for example if you did the Billy Blanks Cardio ones, he'll do side kicks and then make them faster - I can't handle the fast ones, so I continue doing what I can!.

When you do a DVD that is hard at first, its motivating to find it gets easier as you lose the weight!.
