Question: Question about calories!? Please read full questions! Thanks
I know a healthy calorie intake is 1800-2000 a day!. I know to watch fat and sodium amounts!. I know to eat fresh fruits and veggies, and that a banana is a healthier snack than a candy bar, and a healthy snack is around 100 calories!.

How many calories should one eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner!? Should I eat 1/2 my calories at breakfast, 1/3 at lunch or 2/3 of my allowed calories at dinner!? Should breakfast be only 200 calories, lunch 450 and dinner 1800!? How many calories should I be eating at meals and snacks!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it is better to eat it all earlier in the day and to go very light after 4:00 or 6:00 in the evening, (whatever your schedule allows)!. But, you probably already know this!. It is just so much harder to do than to know!. Good for you for trying!. Wish you much success!. Have you tried keeping a daily chart!? There are so many little tricks we have to learn to keep ourselves on target!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start your day with a fair amount of calories!. There's a reason why we're told not to skip breakfast! We need something to get our bodies going!. Lunch should be a bigger meal too, and dinner should be a bit smaller if you can!. The theory is to give yourself energy for the day when your working and will be able to burn it off, and not to consume as much when your day's coming to a close (like dinner time)!. It's hard because usually dinner is just about everyones biggest meal, but if you can change that you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
