How to get maximum push-ups?!
Question: How to get maximum push-ups!?
Going to try-outs next week and they are doing a fitness test, I am looking to do more push-ups, not to get maximum results, but to get as many as possible, so i am trying to get as many push-ups as possible with minimal effort!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

work your chest not your arms, the above answerer obviously hasnt got a clue the chest is the main muscle involved in the pushups, it will work your triceps very lightly if you do a close grip pushup but you didnt say close grip pushup did you!.
honestly, there is nothing you can do in a week, there are ways to cheat in a pushup and use not only your chest but your abs aswell, you just have to pushup with more power and try to get more momentum and bounce rather than push, it is cheating and youll find if you do pushups slowly you work the chest better but you are going for reps not good form so you will get away with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
