when I do cransh's I get nausha and feel like I want to throw up has that ever happened to anyone and what are the kinds of food i should be eating to get flat abbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

your body is not use to that sort of thing the best thing to do is power walk this helps all your muscles in your body and will give you flat abbs do not go and do to much exercise build your way up do a bit more every 2 days if you do to much strait away you can pull muscles and get some injuries Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's always important to wait about an hour after u eat to workout also!. drinking alot of water before/during excersise can also affect u!. u should always be hydrated, but with ab work there is such a thing as overhydration and ive found it easy to achieve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably feeling nausea because you aren't used to exercise!. Start yourself out gradually, try walking, and if you're going to do crunches, do them slowly (this works your abs even more anywas) and stretch before hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
