Answers:
All kinds of salad are fine!.
Suitable dressings:
oil & vinegar
yoghurt
mayonnaise
honey & mustard
You can eat soups if they are not thickened with flour (except gluten free flour or corn or rice flour)!.
Apart from that: Potatoes, rice, lentils, quinoa, corn, peas, millet
You can have many cereals like cornflakes, coco pops, rice pops (but always read the label because some manufacturers use gluten!.
I hope that helps and you can stick to it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can eat anything honey, so long as it doesn't have gluten in it!.
Gluten is found in wheat, rye, barley, spelt, triticale and a few other more obscure grains!. Oats which are processed in a factory which also processes one of these grains are not safe either, because they get contaminated!. Oats labeled "gluten free" should have been processed in a gluten free factory, and would then be ok!.
You need to watch out for a lot of different ingredients on the back of the labels, as they don't always mention the grain by name!. So check out my article: Master of Disguise, how gluten hides where you least expect it, here: http://www!.glutenfreedietbook!.com/articl!.!.!.
