This is based on my diet:
Breakfast - Special K Vanilla & Almond cereal (good cereal that's also good for you!), milk, water, fruit
Lunch - try making a sandwich, I usually have a couple of slices of meat, 1 slice of cheese, & lettuce (don't add any butter or mayo = fat in disguise)
water, crackers, fruits
dinner - try to incorporate something from all of the food groups =] make sure it's low fat and low cal
don't eat any cakes, ice creams, chips, etc
you'll just be wasting your time =(
if you're going to have snacks, make sure it's under 100 calories
I recommend Special K snack bars, they taste just like rice krispies (and they're 90 calories per bar) =D
fruits are always good as well lol

well you can think simply, so you actually go through with it
morning -> cereal + skim milk, yogourt!? simple ya!? :)
lunch -> sandwich recipe: whole grain bread (2 slice)+lettuce+tomato+lean chicken, fruit(banana/apple/peach/pear etc)
dinner -> fruit, yogourt, soup, sandwich recipe: make your own
