Question: Im not pregnant but i have put on alot of weight this holiday!. Help!
Im 17 soon 18!. I did weigh before college finished 12 stone!. I now weigh 15!. I don't know how or why but i have got a podge! i dont eat too much unhealthy stuff!. I want to lose weight before i go back to college in september but how!? I want to muscle up too but cannot afford to go to the gym or buy gym equipment!. Please help!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, you don't need a gym to excersise!. Theres plenty of excersising you can do without gym equipment, from things to 50 crunches and pushups a day to going out to the night clubs and working up a sweat as you dance all night!. Things like that will have you losing weight in no time!. And one of my favorites excersises is running!. put on some running shoes and skimp along the beach, you'll be so distracted by the waves you won't even feel a thing, well you might at first, but its worthit because its one of the fastest things you can do to help you lose weight!. Another quick way to lose weight which a lot of people don't know is jump roping!. Why do you think those little kids who double dutch all day are so skinny!? But don't just jump 5 times and say "OKAY IM DONE!"!. Have fun with it, and don't count, just know when you start getting overheated by the sweat its time to stop!. And if your a lay low relaxed kind of girl than just go for really long walks, you'll shed those few extra pounds in no time!. But you can't just excersise and stuff your face off!. Your diet should consist mainly of fruits and vegtables and a good trick is to eat fruits before you excersise, that way you don't burn any muscle!. And one thing I hate to hear is when people say "I don't understand why I'm gaining weight, I didn't have anything to eat ALLL day till dinner time!." Uhhh thats exactly why you gain weight! When you don't eat all day your metabolism gets super slow and when you stuff your face at dinner its hard for your digestive system to process all the food at once after being empty the whole day so most of that food is stored as fat cells!. So make sure you spread out everything to you eat!. You do not have to have 3 meals a day, I don't know who came up with the 3 meals but its totally stupid! The best way to eat is to have 5-6 very small protions (like a quater of what you would eat for each meal) a day!. And if you really want to lose weight than that doesn't include chips, icecream, and all that good stuff!. Don't give yourself away to the Mcdonalds across the street calling your name because remember, you are your body and YOU should control what goes in it ,not your stupid cravings!. Its okay if you wana lose that extra bagage but no matter what, remember, be healthy and LOVE your body no matter what! Good luck!=) Www@Answer-Health@Com
