Question: What exersizes can i work on for my thighs
my thighs are huge and i wont to no whart exersizes i can do at home in about 15 mins before i go to bed!.
i also wont to no what exersizes i can do out side on a mountain!.

You may need a few more minutes than that, but here's the trick,
Lunges and squats
preferrably with hand weights
Walking lunges, anytime you feel like you are bored not doing anything, watching TV, waiting for dinner on the stove, etc!.!.!.do walking lunges with hand weights or standing squats!. Watch the knees: don't let them go past your toes (use the butt and quads to do the work)!. Walking is great cardio exercise and hiking will tone your muscles also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With only 15 minutes a day you will probably not be able to completely exercise your thighs!. Instead you could focus on toning your thighs while taking an energy/weight loss supplement!. I personally prefer the weight loss teas as they are delicious and good for you!. I have lost 20lbs in the past 20 days which is pretty good I think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the best exercise is running, you'll burn the most calories (especially on a mountain)!. Some other exercises that will really work and tone your thighs are squats and lungesWww@Answer-Health@Com
