Question: Why is that !?i m not going to gym!?
why i m so tired to go to gym ,i m still underweight*81lb**5!.1*ft, and i m not so hungry to eat much ,,anything sastifies me ,,but the new thing is that i m not going to gym!.cause i cant ,i work out since 5 years and now i just cant wear my cloths and head to gym ,i wonder if i have something wrong i m not able to leave the house anymore ,,its been now 3 weeks ,,add to this i m being moody and i just do some work out at house ,i m afraid i will lose my ability to work out and need to build it again if i stop more then this<any advise!? Here's what I do on days I don't want to go to the gym!.
I tell myself that I don't have to work out!. All I have to do is pack a gym bag, drive to the gym and touch the door handle!. If I do that and I still don't feel like working out, then I allow myself to leave!. Of course, by then I've gone to all of the trouble that I never feel like leaving!. It's a hell of a trick!. Just tell yourself that you only have to touch the door handle of the gym and then you can leave if you feel like it!. I guarantee that if you really do feel like hell, then you'll go home, but if you're feeling mediocre or greater, you'll walk in and feel a million times better after your workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, based on these feelings, seeing a doctor would be your best bet!.
Secondly, you may be in a slump!. You might have some depression going on so if maybe you get some counciling or even medication to help you, your mood will brighten!.
Taking a break from the gym is no big deal, your mental health is also very important just as is your physical!.

I would go to the doctor and check your thyroid because my friend did'nt know she had hypothyroid and was losing a lot of weight for no reason!.You may also have a lack of protein!.If you are worried this much about it I would definitely go to the doctor,even if you don't want toWww@Answer-Health@Com
