Question: If i workout 3 days a week how many calories should i eat daily
is it good to count calories if i'm trying to stay in shape!.!.!.
i do moderate lifting and im trying to get big

ok your not rele suppose to care about calories if your trying to bulk up jus dont eat fatty foods but eat more healthy foods its ok to have a mcdonalds like once a month but if ur tryin to bulk up eat heathier and remember low reps with heavier weights lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

3 days a week is the minimum amount you should be doing!. and you have to make sure you are getting your heart rate up!. i would say if you are trying to lose weight- 1200 cals a day!. if you just want to stay healthy and maintain your weight- 1500-1700 cals a day!. no more than 2000 a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok never consume more than you burn and no matter what never eat more than 2000 calories!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
