How has my diet been so far today?!


Question: How has my diet been so far today!?
Tell me what you think

I ran for ten minutes this morning

Breakfast: 1 cup plain Cheerios with low fat milk

Lunch: salad- lettuce, carrots, cheese, croutons
1 10 calorie jello cup

I plan to work out for an hour tonight and I plan on eating a hamburger with mustard and pickles on wheat bread!.

So what do you think!? I'd really like some opinions!. Thanks!!!

hamburger should give you protein for all your working out :)

It certainly helps to know: age, height, sex to figure your caloric intake!. The diet seems really good, but I agree to add fruits!. And even better, make that burger a veggie or turkey burger and load that sucker up with veggies!. I use whole grain bread as well, but if you really wanted to cut calories, you can buy lettuce wraps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not getting any nutrients, your body needs sustaining!. just because your on a diet doesnt mean that you eat so little!. you well always need carbs, fats but you dont need trans fats of the harmful kind!.

you can eat a full 3 meals

cheeriors wont sustain you for b frast
and that hamburger yount have worked off

What's your height and weight and age!?

How much:
low fat milk with your Cheerios!?
lettuce, carrots, cheese (and what kind of cheese) and croutons!?
how big of a hamburger with how much mustard and how many pickles and is it bread or wheat bun that you are using!?

I think that you're doing great!
But you know what might help!?
My mom always tells me to split the amount of food I eat in half, so instead of eating a whole hamburger bun, just leave the one on the bottom, and don't eat the other half!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

your food plan is great but u should think of doing more cardio if u want to burn more calories because the body starts to burning calories after 20mins of cardio Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your diet sounds very balanced! If anything, I would try and add more fruit but that is not worrying at all!. Great job =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
