What would be a safe diet and weight ??!


Question: What would be a safe diet and weight !?!?
So I'm female, 20 years old,
5'6 and weigh about 9 and a half/ ten stone (roughly 137 lbs)
I've always been slim and since the age of 15 I've had a complex about my weight!. I've gone through patches of eating nothing to eating 'normally' and it usually goes round in a cycle!. I've been in a relationship for about 7 months and have been happier in myself and have slowly began to eat again, and ive put on about 2 and a half stone which is revolting to me!. I was just getting back on track when my friend told me i'd put on weight and has totally screwed up my self confidence!. I feel panicked about my weight when i look in the mirror and its the biggest ive ever been!. I want to diet but i dont want to starve myself again!. I'm vegetarian and have a healthy enough diet but im still putting on weight for no reason!. I just don't know what to do to solve this vicious circle!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alright well you don't need to lose that much!. About 5-8 pounds and you'd be fine!.

First of all body image is hard!. Anyone that says they don't care what people say about their body's are great!. I wish that could happen to us!. Do you exercise!? If not then you should start!. Do you eat a lot of chocolate or sweets!? If so then you should stop!. Diet is a very important part when it comes to overall weightloss!.

Starving yourself is the last thing you should do!. One thing you could do is cut out a picture of someones body that you want!. Let that be your motivation!. Use it so you can say "Thats what I want to look like"!.

Maybe you just have diet problems that your weight goes on and off all the time!. You should consult your doctor!.

seriously you are not fat!.
and you are in a good relationship which just proves you don't need to have a perfect body for people to like you!. definitely dont starve yourself!. maybe go exercise a little if you feel like you must, but you sound perfectly fine to me! :)

That is not a bad weight for someone who is five foot six, how small do you wanna be for heven sake!? !.!.!.!.!.!.!.If you want a good way to maintain your weight and stay healthy I would suggest a food allergy test called the "Elisa" test!. It is a one time blood draw that tests antibodies aginst 130 common foods to show what foods your body creates antibodies to!. When you eat the food that is right for you,,,your body has a less tendancy to store fat and it gets what it needs from the foods that are healthy !.
