i know I like coffee and red bull, cut back gradually and breath deep!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just gradually cut back on it!. If you stop all at once you're likely to get anxious for a few days and suffer from headaches!. For the past ten years I've gone through phases where I don't consume it at all, to having just a little day!. I always feel much better when it's completely out of my system!. That is usually enough motivation for me not to have it again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't like caffeine either, I tend to go for the more depressant things in life but find that if I overdo them then it results in the symptoms you have stated!. Maybe I should drink bucket loads of strong coffee which then may result in the opposite effect of chilling me out!! Method in my madness!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have not given up my caffeine addiction and i don't really want to!.!.!.but i would suggest that you just gradually cut back each day or every two days from what you are consuming now!. and remember, and sip or two is never bad especially if you're having withdrawals from it:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Giving up caffeine is made easier by the drink manufactures who sell
caffeine-free drinks!. Examples are Coca-Cola and others for soft drinks,
and almost all tea and coffee brands!.Though not quite the same flavour, they soon become acceptable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I gave it up for about a year once, it wasn't much fun!. I have returned to the fold once more and have to admit it remains my weakness!. My Tassimo is always on standby!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cutting back slowly is best!. Quick withdrawal can cause severe headaches, and some caffine is not really bad for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why dont you try caffeine free alternatives!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
