Question: Holiday in 9 days: any good tips for toning/ getting that `beach body`!?!
As it says in the question I'm goin on holiday in 9 days, and dreading wearin my bikini!
Any tips/diets/exercises/links for ways to make yourself look better on the beach!?
(Ive tried Google, but all the plans are 2-weeks plus )

i suggest, do pleeeeeenty of situps every day, as many as you physically can, do leg exercises like lunges and squats, go running!. or go to the gym!.

diet wise, eat fruit for breakfast or a small bowl of porridge
only have a little something for lunch like a cereal bar or a healthy yogurt
for dinner have protein, like chicken and lay off the carbs and fizzy drinks and alcohol, they'll make you bloat like craaazy, with the protein have lots of vegetables!.

make sure you dont deprive yourself too much, if you exercise until you've reached your limit, you can have a little treat, just beware of the calories!.

when you get back to normal build up what you eat gradually or you'll just get heavier than when you started!.

also, why dont you get a good spray tan, it definetly makes you look slimmer, as long as its not orange =S

Apart from surgery, you can't change your body drastically in nine days!.

However, you can make yourself look slimmer by getting a tan if you're fair!. Have you noticed that dark-coloured clothes make girls look thinner than light-coloured ones!? Same theory)!. Besides, a sunkissed look diminishes the appearance of blemishes!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO!. Crash diets are unhealthy, and it's not good to lose lot of weight so fast!.

Start a regimen of good diet and regular exercise and you should see results!. Do NOT take diet aids or try fad diets!. You can fast for a few days, you'll lose lostly water, but don't get dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why did you leave it so late!? I'd suggest sit-ups 10 at a time and do 3 or 4 reps a day!. Drink lots of water and eat a lot of water-filled fruits and vegetables!.
