Can vitamins make you gain weight? (like the "one-a-days") please help!


Question: Can vitamins make you gain weight!? (like the "one-a-days") please helpp, easy 10!
My mom wants me to start taking a vitamin!. I run at least 3 miles every day, 250 crunches, pilates, sometimes the machines at the gym!. and 4 days a week i have a four hour practice and i still exercise on those days!. I do take one day off a week from the running and all that!.

and i eat 1200-1400 calories a day!.

im currently 5'5'', and 17 years old, and 117 lbs!.

I was looking online at the "One-a-day" vitamins, and the

'WEIGHT SMART ADVANCED'
and 'ACTIVE'
vitamins interest me!. they seem to fit what im doing and stuff!.!.!.but im wondering if either will end up making me GAIN weight!.

i really cant afford to gain any more weight!.
so i need to know this!.

vitamins dont have substantial calories and gaining wieght means taking in more calories then you burn!.!. i think you will be ok as long as you continue being active!. they will also probably make you lose wieght because your body will have more energy to burn because of the added nutrients!. The only thing about vitamens is that sometimes the multivitamins have some things that you really dont need that much of!. My advice would be to ask your doctor which vitamens they think you need most!. Some people also need some more of things that multis dont have!. i!.e!. IronWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you're eating a well balanced diet, there is no need for a multivitamin!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
