Question: How soon after cutting your calories down to 1200-1300 a day will you start losing weight!?
No exercise, just work 2 jobs, 5ft 7" 155lbs, I'm drinking all water, diet soda, coffee in the morning ( yes i'm counting calories for the coffee), salads, tuna salad,fruit,mostly healthy foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm guessing your a male!? If so, I'd still need to know your age, but I'll just guess 28!?!?!? If that were the case, you should be consuming about 2,233 calories a day!. Eating 1,200 would reduce it by almost 1,000 calories a day, so you'd average 2 pounds a week (genetics can of course influence this)!.
