Question: Im trying to lose weight

can you help me, maybe tell me what i can do!.
I go back to school in 14 days!. So can someone please help!. Im gonna try and run around my neighborhood every evening for starters!.

well, for starters!.!.!.
if you drink (as in alcohol) stop drinking!
do a little cardio every day!. before a workout, be sure to get about 20 mins!. of good heart pumping action to get the blood moving and your breath in motion(aerobics, bike riding, running/jogging, even tae bo!), then focus on your muscles (i!.e!. abs, butt, etc!.) by doing variations of crunches/sit ups, leg raises, weight lifting, etc!. then finish off with another 10 mins!. of cardio to cool off (go for a walk, do pilates/yoga, etc!.)!.
also try drinking JUST water for ten days!. a lot of your weight may just be water weight!
lay off the sweets and watch your calorie intake!.
do not starve yourself! eat at least three times a day, making sure you get your basic fruits and veggies, as well as some good protein (you'll be needing it to keep up your energy!)!.
i personally was 140 is jan!. and about a size seven or nine, and by june i was 120 and a size 2-4! i hope my advice helps!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I haven't tried to open the picture because I couldn't care a fried fig what you and/or she look like, now!.
