Question: This is just wayyyyy all to confusing!.
so how do you lose weight if they tell you not to take in less calories because it'll make you gain double back!?
i don't get it!.

you need to take in less calories, just not too much less!. maybe 100 to 200 calories less a day!. and you need to exercise to keep your metabolism going!. the problem is when people take in way too less!.!.!. for example like 800-1000 calories a day!. then their metabolism slows and when you start eating normal again, and you always will b/c no one can live like that forever, you will gain more back b/c your metabolism is ruined!. it stays slow!. to lose weight you should eat like 1500 calories a day, no less than 1200 and you need to exercise 4-5 days a week!. a healthy weight to lose is 2lbs a week!. no more than that or your metabolism will slow!. I think what you're referring to is that when you cut your calories too low, your metabolism becomes sluggish and quits working right!. Once that happens, you'll have trouble losing weight for years to come!. The point is that to lose weight, you have to keep your metabolism functioning properly and to do that, you must eat nutritiously and exercise regularly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat the same exercise more and it depends on what you eat!
There is only one way exercise a lot and drink a lot of water the same amount in ounces as you weigh everyday and only eat oatmeal for breakfast one serving it only a cup of rice for lunch with a six ounce serving of meat!. Snacks are OK between meals it allows you so eat less during the meals!. the snacks must be only apples, oranges or bananas!. Eat dinner at six every day eating to late makes you gain weight!. A late snack is OK!. Dinner should not exceed 500 calories!. I followed this plan and lost forty pounds in 50 days!. But i also worked out 3 hours a day six days a week and worked full time night shift in a very physical job!. But i followed the plan very strictly and your body needs a lot of water to metabolize fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
