How do i get a 6 pack in 2 months?!


Question: How do i get a 6 pack in 2 months!?
I'm 16 and i was once very athletic! i had a 6 pack when i played football!. well!.!.!.i got hurt and stoped playing sports!.!.!.now I'm by no means fat!.!.!.but i can no longer see any abb muscle!. I'm sad!.lol!. the catch!.!.!.i will be going to the beach with friends and a girl that i like!. i need to get it in 2 months!.!.!.is it possible!.

if you've got a bit of body fat, crunches/pushups/whatever won't do anything!.!.!. no matter how toned your abs are, they won't be defined under a layer of stomach fat!. your best bet is to run regularly, and just eat healthily so you stay trim, and the abs will come with it!.!.!. lame, i know!. )=

and i don't know if you can do it in two months!.!.!. depends how fit/healthy/toned you are already!. =) good luck though, and good luck with the girl that you like!

ps, one ABSOLUTELY!.!.!. and i mean ///absolutely/// foolproof way to get abs in two months is horse riding!. it sounds REALLY random, I know, but horse riding tones your entire body in a very short amount of time, provided you do it regularly!.!.!. trotting is one of the most physically exerting exercises you can do, lol!.

hey mate, im 16 too, unlike you i was chubbyish when i was little but since about 13 ive lost weight, well to the point, since about 15 i used to listen to a song i like and do situps until its finished, then do that everynight, i would listen to like a rap song that went for 5 mins and just do situps everynight, another thing i do now is layin on my back then lifting my legs up while keeping the rest of your body straight and using your amrs to hold you down but simply, situps, crunches, running will do miracles and yeah, now i can see about 4 ish abs and i have butterflies and yeh ive lost about 15 kgs, hope this works aye and i know how you feel about the chick thing haha catchaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you do different ab exercises!. I like bicycle crunches the best because it works everything!. Do a lot of jogging/running!. Even though you're not fat, you likely have a little from being injured!. Everyone has ab muscles, they're usually just covered by fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

SIT UPS EVERY OTHER DAY!. A LOT OF PROTEIN EVERY DAY!. GET SOME AT GNC OR SOMETHING!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
