Question: Im 6ft and I weigh 200lbs
I am a sophomore, I'm 15 and I feel like I'm too fat!. I mean, my stomach isn't but all the fat goes into my thighs and butt!. I would really like skinny thighs and I don't know what to do!. I'm scared that if I run, my thighs will be muscle!. I really don't want big muscly thighs, I want thin chicken legs!.lol!.

What kind of exercise should I do to make my thighs lose the fat and not gain any muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

cardio will burn all over body fat!. which means running swimming biking or and elliptical it doesnt matter!. Running will not make your legs big unless its sprinting, which takes years of doing to develop legs like some sprinters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is only one way exercise a lot and drink a lot of water the same amount in ounces as you weigh everyday and only eat oatmeal for breakfast one serving it only a cup of rice for lunch with a six ounce serving of meat!. Snacks are OK between meals it allows you so eat less during the meals!. the snacks must be only apples, oranges or bananas!. Eat dinner at six every day eating to late makes you gain weight!. A late snack is OK!. Dinner should not exceed 500 calories!. I followed this plan and lost forty pounds in 50 days!. But i also worked out 3 hours a day six days a week and worked full time night shift in a very physical job!. But i followed the plan very strictly and your body needs a lot of water to metabolize fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
