Question: I need fitness tips!.!.!.!.im a teen and i'm worried about my weight!!!
I shouldnt be everyone says i have a really cute body!.!.!.!.im 13 and 85 lbs!. and im 4 ft!. 9", but i need to get in shape more, and i need to tighten up my stomach a bit!. But i just want something i can easily and quickly do every night!.!.!.!.any links or sites would be great!!! Thanks!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to tighten up your stomach muscles, you can do sit-ups, which I try to do a lot!.!.!. it works great, although it hurts the first few days if you do more than 100!.!.!. because your body isnt use to it!. Lol
If you get an eating disorder or anything though, I will kill you though, you know that!?
