Is exercising at night okay?!
Question: Is exercising at night okay!?
I only have time to work out at night and i work out for about 30-45 minutes!. Am I going to lose weight if I do it at night!? Or is it better to work out earlier!? Thanks! <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

working out at any time of day is good for your body!! dont eat after you work out for at least 30 minutes because your body will keep burning fat!! same before you workout wait 30 minutes before you start so you dont only burn what you just ate!.!.!. keep up the good work!!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes it's okay!. I work out at night for 45 minutes, then i take a shower and relax!. It's very easy and calming to go to sleep this way!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can exercise anytime of the day or night!. It doesn't matter when as long as you exercise!. I use to go running and walking in the summer at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
