How many crunches should I do?!


Question: How many crunches should I do!?
When I suck my stomach a little bit, I can see abs line!. But I want my abs to be more defined and show up!. I was wondering how many regular crunches and bicycle crunches should I do each day and should I do it everyday!? Also should I do it more than once a day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do as many crunches you can do for as many sets as you can do!. 50-100 crunches for 5-10 sets is a good workout!. you also need to do cardio like running!. train abs only once a day!. you can trains abs everyday!. change up the ab exercizes you do from time to time, to keep your abs guessing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, doing more crunches won't make them show more!. Someone could be really fat but have a lot of abb muscles!. If you want them to show more, then get rid of any extra weight on top of them and then they will show more!. Fat is ontop of muscles!. But keep doing cruches aim for about 150-200 per day,then stretch them out!. I hope this makes sense and I hope it helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you really want to get GOOD results, you need to push yourself to the max everyday!

do 50 each!. a day!. or twice depending on how your body feels!.
your stomach will burn like fire in the morning but its sure worth it!.

Do 20-50 when you wake up to get energized for the day!.

Then you can do some in the evening as well!.

You should do about 45 but in sets!.
15 and take a short rest
then another 15
rest and then another 15
And do some cardio!.
It will help burn calories!.
Do it once or twice a day!.

do them till they hurt, and not just cruntches, do oblique crunches and reverse crunches too, but mainly, eat way healthierWww@Answer-Health@Com

102 pounds!? Oh my God!. First off, eat a lot of protein!. Gain weight!. Then, do about 200 crunches a day!. That should be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
