Increasing bench press weight!


Question: Increasing bench press weight
im almost 18!. 5'9'' and 135 lbs!. Right now im benching 105 lbs in 3 sets of 10 reps!. whats a realistic amount i should be benching and are there any ways you had success with to increase your bench weight!.!.!.!.!.

also im using a kinda shorter 15 lb bar because i dont have a 45 lb olympic bar or anything - if i used a larger bar could i expect an increase in weight or not!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should do the weight that you can do 7 or more reps of!. Be careful with worrying about how much weight you lift!. I knew some that rip their shoulder and then they can't work out for a year because they tried to prove something!. Just listen to your body and don't worry about what others think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, according to you, you can expect a 30lb increase in weight with an olympic bar!.!.!. the bar has no effect on how strong you will be!.

You need to mix it up now: push your 105lbs 12 reps, then go to 110 for 10 reps, then 115 for 8 reps!. Rest, then go max reps with 120lbs 2sets!. Also, try for a while, doing the max weight you can lift 5-6 reps and repeat 4sets to get stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do the most you can do everytime!. 10 reps are too many!!! do 1-3 reps max! youll get stronger in a jiffy!.!.!.and listenyou eweight 135!.!.!.EAT!!!! Protein is muscle! entirely!
