Question: I really want some Abs

Listen, i've built up alot of muscle over my arms!.!.!.however, my ab training isn't going so well!.!.!.dose anyone know how i can get some nice abs without buying any books or online crap, or pills, or drinks!? All I need are some training tips for at home and at the gym!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
