Treadmill????????????????...!


Question: Treadmill!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
im a 13 year old girl who is overweight, i wanna loose weight so i asked my parents to get me a treadmill, my dad was gonna get it then my mom told him not to!. she says that im not gonna use it

how can i convince my mom to let me get it
and please dont say to run outside or jog in placeWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a gym that is close to you, ask her to get you a membership and begin using the equipment and show the commitment there!. The is the additional commitment that will be required from you parents to take you to the gym and these two combined as well as your commitment may convince you mother to get the treadmill!.

There is only one way exercise a lot and drink a lot of water the same amount in ounces as you weigh everyday and only eat oatmeal for breakfast one serving it only a cup of rice for lunch with a six ounce serving of meat!. Snacks are OK between meals it allows you so eat less during the meals!. the snacks must be only apples, oranges or bananas!. Eat dinner at six every day eating to late makes you gain weight!. A late snack is OK!. Dinner should not exceed 500 calories!. I followed this plan and lost forty pounds in 50 days!. But i also worked out 3 hours a day six days a week and worked full time night shift in a very physical job!. Well first off jogging in place gets you no where!. If your mom is not overweight then tell her to walk a day in your shoes and tell her how she doesn't know how it feels to be you!. If that does'nt work ask for money from a realitive or get a job to pay for one of your own and don't let your mom use it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Explain to her that you're serious about getting healthy and offer to do chores to help pay for it! In addition to the chores that you do, every time you use it, get them to deduct a quarter a minute, or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

run outside it better trust me my brother did the same thing and and got a good treadmill it was a waste of money and he only used it for a week !.i used it and you don't even sweat alot better walking outside trust me ,save money and better to lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

no i wouldnt get it either!.!.!.u shoud toally just run outside!.!.!.and treadmills kinda ruin ur running becasue they make u do shorter strides and its just not as good so i would just suggest going outside and getting some fresh air!.!.go early in the morning so it isnt so hot! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you live in a house, apartment, or any shelter at all, there must be somewhere outside to run!.

& I have a treadmill!. I never run as much as I do when I go outside!.
