Question: Help! Is the order of my three main meals important or not!?
Good morning everyone!. I'm on the path to getting back in shape but I just have one question I would like your opinion on!. How important is the order of main meals!.!.!.Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner!.

You see I work nights, so it's hard to eat breakfast at 8:00am with the family after a 9-12 hour shift!.

Any advice is appreciated!.

"Eat like a king for breakfast, a commoner for lunch and a peasant for dinner" That is my best advice!. A good hearty breakfast is extremely important because it will give you energy for the day, plus you'll be burning off the calories throughout the day!. I usually eat a small healthy dinner because you usually just go to bed a couple of hours after and don't really do anything to burn it off!.
*light healthy snacks in between meals is also important for your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

breakfast is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO LOSE WEGITH it been proven that ppl who eat breakfast lose weigh quicker and live a healthier life!.!.!.if u ask most fat ppl if they eat breakfast they'l say no!.!.!.ppl think breakfast is not that important but is realy the most important meal of the day!.!.why!? cause ur metabolism hassnt been workin since the day be4 so wen u eat in the mornin is a way to start the metabolism runin earli in the morning!.!.!.!. if u dont eat ur metabolism will slow down and u sure dont want that!.!.!.!.and if ur not hungry then eat idk a fruit or somein!.!.!.i eat cereal in the morning u could try that too!. just dont eat alot for breakfast!.


ps!. u can skip dinner!.!.!.im tryin to lose weight and i just eat breakfast and lunch around 4 then i dont eat anymroe!.!.i just dont get hungry if thats ur case then do the same ;] good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

NO, it's not important if you eat your meals during traditional mealtime hours!. I have nurses on the program that eat dinner at midnight!. It doesn't matter what time of day!. The difference is eating every 4 hours and not eating 2 hours before you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
