Question: Does anyone know any exercise routines from the guy off of that show "extreme makeover"
im not sure what his name is but he's really tan, black curly hair and real buff!
i just want some of his exercises and how much of them to do everyday for my abs and inner thighs and butt!!
im 5'6 and weigh 143!.
oh and what foods to stay away from! :)

He MUST have some DVDs out!. Go to WalMart and look around the losing weight DVDs!. The ones with music are great fun and they work!
Drink lots of water, and avoid sugar, white flour (all desserts!) fried foods and fast food!. Eat fruits and veggies, lean protein (meat, chicken, all fish including tuna, egg whites) Also eat whole wheat bread, brown rice and beans!. And a hi-fiber cereal with lowfat milk!. Smart Balance in place of butter!. And Lite mayo!.
You should weigh 117-140, depending on your frame!.
