How can I tone up my ... (Picture)!
Question: How can I tone up my !.!.!. (Picture)
I'm 5'5'' and about 120lbs!. I really hate my stomach / thighs / arms and I'd like to start working on them a little more!. What particular types of exercise can I do to make them more appealing!? I don't really want to lose my boobs but I know that when you work out it's basically impossible to pinpoint one area!.

Everyday I go for about 1/4 mile on my elliptical trainer and I do 50 sit-ups, 25 leg-lifts, and wall push-ups!. I also lift weights (only 10lbs) and do different exercises to try reduce arm flab!. I really want to be toned up for my final year of school and I want to look hot for graduation!. Any tips / ideas would be much appreciated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow!.!. You really have a nice body there, but there is nothing wrong by wanting to get into a really good shape!. Well one thing I do to work out my body is to go bike riding!. Its great for your legs and hips, and its a good way for cardio and fat burning!. Plus, bike riding is a lot of fun!.
Your routine is very good in my opinion for keeping toned! Just make sure to work out everything in your body, but what I suggest you do is everytime you work out, try to focus on certain body parts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go do more running!.i know it might suck but it will definently help you!.
start lifting weights for your arms!.not heavy though!.lots of reps and low weight!.
go to bodybuilding!.com
hence the name,its not all about getting HUGE!.it will give u sum good exercises on what you need to do to get what you want!.
