Is this healthy and can I lose weight in 25 days?!


Question: Is this healthy and can I lose weight in 25 days!?
If I only take in 800 calories a day and I walk on the treadmill 1 hour everyday!. How much weight do you think I can lose in 25 days!? Is 800 calories still too much!?!?!? I'm 15 Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask a doctor!. If you take in less calories than you need, your body might actually store fat from being starved, and if you take in more than you need, you are pretty much working away from your goal!. Your best bet would be to talk to a doctor, or someone who specialises in diet and nutrition!. Find out how much weight you need to lose (if you need to lose any)!. Find out how many calories you should take in in a day!.
Besides being on a treadmill, you might want to alternate excersizes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

800 is not a whole lot so you should be able to lose a lot of weight, I'm not sure exactly how much you're going to lose but you should lose a good couple of pounds, you have to burn more then you eat!. Shaman says 800 is not enough, well who cares!. If you really want to lose weight then consume as much calories as you want, but make sure you eat enough to keep yourself alive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whoa your just 15, then whats the rush in loosing weight!? and i think that 800 calories a day is to little, considering that your excisingg to, so your body might not be able to handle it!. I would just advise to eat whateverer you want!. SInce your excersing, your not gonna get fat!. Just dont eat right after excersiing cause its gonna get you fat alot fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

800 cals is not enough!. you need to eat like 1200-1500 to keep your body from going into starvation mode and keeping all its fat reserves!. you will lose more weight if you eat 1200-1500!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Edit: Don't listen to Email!. Your body needs a certain amount to function properly, especially since you are still a teenager, your body is still growing at 15, 1600 is probably better, 1200 is what the average adult female needs!. At 800 your body won't have enough to cover basic bodily functions, you burn that many calories just from existing if you add in the treadmill and you are going to have problems!. Your metabolism will halt because your body will think it's starving!. Which means it's even harder to lose weight!. You are much better off with eating four small meals of around 300 calories!. This will speed up your metabolism and keep your blood sugar at high enough levels that won't make you lightheaded or dizzy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
