Question: Lose lots of weight in a short time period!?
its the lacrosse offseason ad ive been gaining a bit of weight!.


are there any ways to lose lots of weight (7-10 lbs) in 1-2 weeks!?

Any exercises!?

i have no place to run since i live on a busy road, and i cant get rides anywhere!.

That would be very unhealthy, and because you are an athlete you want to take your health seriously!. The most you should lose in 2 weeks is about 4 pounds!.

If you can't get rides anywhere and can't run, try jumproping at home!. There are lots of cardio exercises that will burn fat!.!.!.bicycling, swimming, running, walking!. Even doing these things in place will do if you do them for long enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I didn't expect to lose weight fast but I have achieved quite satisfactory result with using the balanced diets!.

Recently I helped my teenage daughter to lose weight but I joined her in order to give her closer support!. We achieved our target within short time and since then we have been making good eating habit to ourselves!. turn up some music and dance baby!.!.!.you cant lose that much weight in such a short period!.!.harsh dieting and over exercising will do the trick BUT you dont lose fat at all but only muscles!.!.!.only muscle can burn fat away and keep you slim and healthy for life,so WHY lose it!?!?you need a month to safely lose 10-12 lbs!.!.!.cardio and toning exercises 5 days a week and a calorie shift eating pattern but control your food portions healthily!.!.!.weight management is a lifelong comitment,never a quick fix,dont forget that!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

jump rope and sit ups in the morning before you eat breakfast, cut your carbs down a bit to say 2 portions a day (about 30g of carbs) no white bread, pasta, potatoes!. you should lose a fair bit of weight quite quickly and it's not necessarily unhealthy as you're just cutting the bad stuff out anyway!. Just diet and jog !. !. !.somewhere!? Laps around your house would do if your totally serious about it!. Also go see a nutritionist about what and how much you should eat!. I was a weightlifter before having heart surgery and I got fat from that!. I dropped 50 lbs in 2 months on a 1600 calorie diet (recommended by my dietitian), I also power walked/ jogged for an hour and a half a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
