I found it is more fun and I look forward to the exercise when I go somewhere other than my everyday home environment, do it at the same time everyday, and do it with the people who meet and do it at the same time as I!. If I do them at home, e!.g!., treadmill, exercise bike, etc!., I turn on the news or a ballgame and watch it while I walk, climb or ride!.
