Question: Is Eating Like This Good!?
Well im 13 and last time i checked i weighed 186!!! and im only 5'3! so i keep going back and forth on eating nothing at all or eating just a little bit!.

so im a teenager, i stay up on myspace until 3 in the morning and wake up at like 11, 12, or 1 in the afternoon!. so i basically skipped breakfast!. then i eat a little something like half of a bagel and then i eat these mozarella and spinach ravioli things for dinner!. [no there not high in fat]!. and usually when im in bed my stomach is still growling!. but i just tell myself in my head "im not hungry" over and over again until the hunger pains go away or i fall asleep!. what do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the hunger pains are telling you that you need too EAT!!!!!!!!! not eating hurts you in the long run it slows your metabolism to a crawl the when you do eat your body stores everything!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating by itself won't help you!. you are a little pudgy, but just go out and run!. run like a mile!. and you'll slim down soon!. just eat 5 times a day!. just a little bitWww@Answer-Health@Com

Not healthy at all!. Talk to your parent/guardian about eating more healthy!. Don't be embarrassed about it at all!.

You need to get out and exercise!. Stop staying up so late so you can wake up and go running!. Exercise 30 min a day!.

You must eat veggies and fruit!. But more veggies and drink lots of water to fill you up!. Avoid salt!. The pasta is no good!. Eat brown rice and brown breads!. Avoid sugars!. Avoid candy!. Eat breakfast every day!. Eat oatmeal or brown toast or yogurt and fruit (not sugary cereals or waffels)!. Have 5 SMALL meals a day spaced apart!. You body is hungry and thats why its holding onto fat!.

Eat VEGGIES!. Salads, stir frys with veg and rice!. Lots of veg will fill you up with little calories!.

Be more aware of what you put into your body!.!.!.just because you don't eat a lot does not mean you will lose weight!. You must eat enough GOOD and healthy foods to keep your metabolism moving and keep your body moving as well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
