Want a six pack but cant do sit ups, help?!


Question: Want a six pack but cant do sit ups, help!?
I have recently gone through spinal fusion surgery and as a result I cannot do sit ups, or any kind of motions that require me to bend my back!. However, i am working on a six pack, and would like to continue to do so!. Would good dieting be enough, or do i need a lot of exercise!? If so, what exercises could i do in my state!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can't see your abs that means that there is a layer of body fat on top of it!. You can reduce the bodyfat by running and doing cardio!. I go to the gym and use the treadmill a lot and I've noticed that my bodyfat is starting to reduce and my abs are kinda showing!. Also use handweights so that you don't lose muscle in the process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A healthy diet and brisk walking will keep the fat and any extra weight off but it won't give you a six pack!. If you can do push-ups, I suggest that!. I started out not even being able to do one push-up but kept at it and now I do 100 a day and it is defining my mid section!. I also do crunches!. To strengthen where you had the spinal fusion and even possibly renew your bones, use the bone and tissue formula daily!. The link is below!. Read up on it!. I would suggest just lying on your back and lifting you legs up a few inches and holding it as long as you can!. Repeat it a few times a day, everyday!. Also I would suggest working on other things that should help you lose weight in general!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

abs visibility is down to body fat percentage not muscular strength!.
Perform exercises that will burn calories, you don't need sit-ups for abs Www@Answer-Health@Com
