Diet/excercise plans!


Question: Diet/excercise plans
I am 14 years old and I am 5' 10" and i weigh about 270lbs!. i was thinking about going on a 1200-1500 calorie diet since i need to lose quite a bit of weight (2-4lbs per week) Could anyone reccomend any spacific diet plans/ excercise plans that might fit my needs!?

i have heard that cardio is really good, could anyone reccomend any cardio work out dvds that have had much success for them!?

try consuming 1600 calories for a month and if you can get to the gym, then do 30mins on an elliptical or treadmill for 30mins five times a week!. If not then go jogging outside instead!.
Then once that month is up, the following month continue your workout routine of 30minutes five times a week, but drop your calories to 1400!. Then do that for a month, and after that drop your calories to 1200 and add an extra ten minutes on your exercise!. So you do 40mins five times a week,
The reason for constant change is because your body adapts to lower calories and exercise so it gets harder to lose weight, but by chnaging every month like this, you'll be able to lose a good amount every week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like you know exactly what you must do!. The best cardio workout should be something fun, that you would enjoy doing!. For me, it's practicing Karate!. I don't really look at it is exercise, I enjoy practicing all the techniques and constant learning!. I am always growing in my practice!. To me it is a part of my life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
