How can I lose 20 pounds by November?!


Question: How can I lose 20 pounds by November!?
I would really like to lose some weight by November for homecoming!.
I also would like to know how I can make my upper arms more lean, get a flatter stomach and tone up my thighs!.

can someone tell me some workouts that would help!? and what I should and should not eat!?

take hydroxycut and hit the gyms everyday for an hour or two!. i am cutting weight for my mma fight september!. taking hydroxycut and hitting the gym with my coach for 2 hours helped me lose 15 pounds in two weeks!. plus hydroxycut makes you lose your appetite so i really dont eat much!. but since you want to look good i suggest that hit the elliptical machine cuz that will help you with your upper arms and thighs!. for flatter stomach, do lots of crunches and other ab workoutsWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i dont know about losing weight!. there is too much involved but if you want to lose inches that is different!. the biggest thing is to stay away from fried foods and fast food restaurants!.!. look into eating more veggies and fruits and baked chickens!.!.to get a better body we will call it run do push ups situps regular workouts everyday but make sure you change your routine so you dont get bored with it you can always go to womanshealth online and they have good workouts for woman imparticularWww@Answer-Health@Com
