What if anything would you change about this exercise routine?!

Question: What if anything would you change about this exercise routine!?
Here is my exercise routine!. I've been working out about 2 and a half to 3 months now and some times I'd skip a work out!. So far I've gained about 10 pounds from 135 to 143!. I'm doing the following exercises: Laying on my back while lifting my arms straight over my body, then I stick my feet up in the air and use my stomach muscles to lift my feet toward the ceiling, then I stand up and put the weight down at my sides and lift my upper arms up so that they are even with my shoulders, then I do modified crunches with an exercise ball between my knees, then I do curls, and then I do squats!. My primary goal is to get my stomach muscles to pull in so that they don't stick out much!. They aren't out as much now, but my stomach muscles aren't toned so they stick out!. I also want to get the rest of my body in shape!. Any suggestion to any changes I should make, or add to it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to see the fruits of your labor with the stomach, I would suggest cardio!. What you're doing sounds great, but without cardio to burn the fat, you will not be able to whittle down the fat that's layered over your ab muscles!.
Choose something that you like - running, biking, swimming - and incorporate it into your routine!. Try to do at least three days of cardio per week and maintain the raised heart rate for at least a half hour!. After a few weeks, you should feel and look slimmer in that area!. The key is to lower your overall body fat percentage (as you cannot spot-exercise a certain area)!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

working on abs will make your stomach stick out more
losing fat will help
but to make it not stick out you need to work the inner abdominal muscles
suck your stomach in hard and breathe!. you can do that thruout the course of the dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
