Question: LOSING WEIGHT PLAN!. WILL I LOSE WEIGHT BY DOING THIS!?
For the next 5 months i plan to lose 6 pounds each month!. 30 pounds in total!. Everyday I walk 30 minutes, cruches, jumping jacks,push ups, leg ups, and in total time I am on a stationary bike at home for about 40 minutes!. & In the morning I do 2 different workouts that is shown on On Demand!. I usually work out 3 times per day!. I eat 2 meals aday!. Special K in the morning, and a light mean in the afternoon!. I don't eat after 6:00 and I drink alot of water!. Do you think i can lose 30 pounds in the next five months by doing this!? Or should i do moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're doing a lot--I'm not sure I could be so ambitious!. But you might make one change on your diet!. I'm following the diabetic diet, which encourages you to eat three small meals and three small snacks every day!. You are basically eating the recommended daily requirements of the foods on the food pyramid!. Because you are eating regularly, your body does not go into starvation mode the way it can if you skip meals!. If you are eating several times a day, it stabilizes your metabolism!. The snacks are small--a fruit in the morning, a fruit and milk in the afternoon, and a serving of carbohydrates (15 carbohydrates) and milk at night!. You also get another fruit, 7 oz!. of meat, another milk, 3 fats (about 6 grams each), and 6 more carbohydrates!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can!. I like On Demand, too! My clients would lose 30 lbs in 3 months on my program!. No cereal for breakfast!. How old are you!? Eat like an adult!. Have eggs and eat 3 meals a day!. Why would you want your body to be out of balance!? A system running efficiently can use all the food you eat as fuel!. Sounds like your meals are all wrong!. The problems begin as soon as you lose the weight and start to eat again!. Without proper balance in weight loss, you're setting yourself up to do it again in a year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing I would change is the way your eating--you will loose quicker and speed up your metabolism if you start eating 5 to 6 small meals a day--for example, have breakfast, then couple hours later a small snack(fruit, nuts, etc!.!.) then couple hours later eat lunch, couple hours later another snack (again fruit, raw veggies, etc!.!.) then light dinner and then another small snack before 7 pm if you choose!.!.!.that will boost things up for you and get you on the right track!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the excersice thing seems fine!. However the diet thing you realise all tht weiight will go back on wen you stop the diet dont u!?
Your metabolism wil be shot and then any extra food u eat will go striaght to ur butt or w/e!.
Eat 3 meals a day at least!. 6 small ones about the size of a fist wud b better!. That way your metabolism is sped up!.
No more white carbs after lunch and cut the total white carbs down by at least half!.
Nothing but wholemeal missy!. Except for whiolegrian rice which has more fat in than white (its the exception)
eat way more fish fruits and veggies and meat and you shoudl b great and fit by the enmd of it!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
