Question: A plan that can help me lose 10 pounds by September first!?
I'm 15, 5'7 and 118 lbs!. I'd say I'm pretty ok when it comes to being active!. I wanna stay healthy!. Any tips or suggestions!? Thanks a ton!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was in a similar situation not too long ago!. I needed to lose some weight for the summer!.
I tried almost every weight loss program under the sun, and nothing seemed to work!.
Out of frustration one day I was searching on google!. Out of my frustration came the greatest day of my life!. I found a website that gave an honest review of different weight loss programs!.

last time i wanted to lose a little weight but stay healthy i just swapped white bread, pittas, pasta and rice for brown or wholemeal, changed my cereal to bran flakes with sultanas or wheatabix with fruit and semi skimmed milk, grilled things instead of frying them switched deep fat fried chips to oven cooked ones, and added salad with my meals or sandwiches, basically just buy the low fat or light version of things, also helps making your portions smaller, a diet high in fibre fruit and veg worked wonders for me along with exercise i lost 2 stone in a year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get off the computer and do some squats!.

well, your basics are to eat healthy foods and do some sort of exercising activities, and that should help you lose weight, but if you want to lose more weight, just crank of the level of exercising!.

Yeah just lay off the fast food and anything that is fried!.

Crunches and situps actually work if you do a number a day for a week!.!.
