Question: What can I do to make my legs and buns firm!?
What is a work out I can do at home for my calves thighs and buttocks!? I'm in a nice shape but I don't want my butt, thighs and legs looking big anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pilates is your answer!. This method of exercise lengthens, strengthens and tones the body without building bulk!.

I too wanted skinnier legs and it wasn't until I started doing Pilates that I finally achieved a little more of the longer lean look rather than the muscular look!.

Try to find a good Pilates matwork class in your area and aim to go 2-3 times a week!.

The results are not instant but will stay with you once you have retrained your body!.

I have some Pilates based exercises online, they are FREE, professionally put together and a good introduction to Pilates!.
