For some reason I can't break 195!
Question: For some reason I can't break 195
when I do I gain it back!. I have lost 69 lbs since last july!. Is my body just done with losing!? I exercise 5-6 x a week, drink plenty of water, and eat really healthy!. I have problems "emptying" my system, could that be the reason!. I just want to lose 15 more and then I'm done!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

youve hit a plateau!. Just like strength plateaus, weight loss plateaus suck!.
Try changing up your exercises/diet, maybe up the protein, reduce carbs or cut carbs totally!. You should also really try out HIIT on the elliptical!. http://musclemedia!.com/training/hiit!.asp

Well, maybe you're at a plateau!. Just keep up your routine and make sure you don't cheat with fast food or other horrible foods because this will hinder your weight loss!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
