How is this for daily food intake?!


Question: How is this for daily food intake!?
One a typical day I will eat something like
Breaky: Coffee, one small glass fresh orange juice
Water and possible some cheese, or fruit/veggies during the day
Dinner toast with vegetable, or some other grain/vegetation
Lots more water!

Personally it seems too little calories, but what's your level of physical activity like!? I assume most of what you said isn't very processed or loaded with bad fats, but some of the description is rather vague, like grain/vegetation!. However, if it is healthy grains and vegetables that's good, and you're drinking a lot of water which is better than a ton of soda!.

are you a vegetarian cuz you don't eat much meat
