Question: I can't stop stressing about my weight or my diet
Im not overweight, so Im not unhealthy!. Im 5'3 118lbs!. But my tummy isn't flat & my legs are thick!. So, in other words, Im not happy with my body!. I am trying to watch what I eat; not as many fats, more fruits & water, not overeating!. But all I think and worry about all day is my diet, my weight, and exercising!. Constantly Im thinking to myself, stressing about these things and I just feel overwhelmed!. I wish I could just eat & exercise without all of the stress!. Help please =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

your stressing because your worried about your looks!. Have fun exercising, and eating healthy doesnt mean you have to sacrifice your taste buds!. Try to think of dieting and exercing not so much as something you "must do" but make it into a game, and try to have fun with it!. And you have to realize that being stressed out only does more harm than good, and try smiling more, it takes away from the stress!. hope this helped yaWww@Answer-Health@Com
