Question: Any good diet regimens and exercise plans to help me shed off some baby weight!?
i just had my daughter 10 wks ago via c section!.!.!.i need to lose about 20-25lbs!. i know eating healthy and exercising are always a good plan but is there any other things i can do to speed up the process!? my husband works a lot so i mostly have the baby with me which makes it hard to really "work out"!.!.!.any tips!? anything thats been effective for you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

awww congrats on the new baby ! she looks adorable!! anyways i'm currently on the weight watchers plan and i've lost 14 pounds so far!. its not easy but they teach you how to eat, what you should be eating, and portion control!. i really recommend it!. and i dont know where you live but if the weather is decent i suggest you putting your baby on her stroller and taking fast walks around your block or local park!. slowly add the minutes that you walk per day and eventually you'll see results!. good luck!!! Get the stroller out and go run! running is the fastest and most effective way to burn calories!. drink a lot of black coffee or nonsweatened green tea, the natural caffine is known to reduce appetite and enhance workouts!. also spicy foods are a natural calorie burner!. Cleaning around the house (especially with a baby in your arms) burns more calories then you think!. stay away from processed and red meats, as well as most dairy products and sugars!. cut down on salt too!.
