Stomach Growling Help!!!!


Question: Stomach Growling Help!!!
Hi everyone!

My Stomach growls all the time in class and it's so embarrassing because nobody else's does and I have a very late lunch time! Please tell me some ways that I can stop it without bringing in a snack!. Any vitamins I can take or anything!?I already eat a huge breakfast!.!.!.

Eating a big breakfast will make you hungry quicker!. Think about eating a big dinner at night, when you wake up, you are starving!. I would try eating smaller meals throughout the day!. Always keep something in your stomach at all times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you eat alot or a big meal your body gets use to eating and it wants more, so if you dont feed it alot in the morning than your stumach wont be use to all that food and be content!. Eat something small like cereal, oatmal, toast adn juice!. Then bring a ziplock baggy of pretzels to eat on yuor way to school, that should hold you over til lunch, and you cant help if your stomach wants food!. But i think that you will do better if you lighten your breakfast and take a snack to eat on your way, then just leave it in your car when you go in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You going to have to up your protein intake in the morning for breakfast!. Throw some meat into the mix, or a protein bar!. Or even something that will "stick to your ribs" like oatmeal!. Plain ole cereal or toast won't cut it!
If you stick to protein you won't have to worry about gaining weight either!

omg that always happens to me! haha!.!.!.i hate it when im taking finals and every1 is quiet and taking their tests anddd all of a sudden it sounds like a dinasour is in the classroom! idk if n e one can even hear our stomachs,they prob!. cant!.!.!.but w!.e!. lol!.!.!.have granola bars in b/w classes-they are small so they can prob fit in your school bag,pockets or purse!.!.!.soo good luck!
