Question: How the hell can i lose weight quickly and easily
i dont want to use caffenated pills!.i dont like going hungry, and i moderately excersize,,i am a 31-year old mom of 2 and my thyroids are fine,but i am 30 lbs!.overweight!.!.!.any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can't be done quickly and easily!. Dieting is a life changing and life long commitment!. When you stop, you regain the weight!. If you don't lose the weight now, you will develop health problems when you are older!. Diabetes, breathing difficulties, blood circulation problems, heart problems and high cholestoral are just a few of the common problems of being overweight!.

You don't say how much you weigh!. If you are currently 150 pounds trying to get down to 120 pounds then you have to consume no more than 1200 calories per day!. You multiply 10 times the weight you want to be to determine how many calories to consume!. This will probably take you close to a year to reach your goal!. Be patient!. You can do it!.

Unfortunately, there is no magic formula when it comes to quick weight loss!. I know, I struggled for many, many years!. I too am a mum of 4 boys!. After every birth of my boys I just seemed to put more and more weight on!.

I tried many diets!. Yes, whilst many of them worked, some more than others!. As soon as I stopped all the weight would pile back on again, plus more!.

So I came to the conclusion that I would change my lifestyle!. I set out to eat a healthy sensible diet and embarked on regular exercise!. Two things I had not done before!. The results were absolutely amazing!. I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months!. That was 22 months ago!. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease!.

I kept all junk foods, ready made processed meals, alcohol, and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum!. These are full of saturated fat and refined sugar!. Junk food is just what it says - JUNK!. With one added ingredient in - FAT!.

I included more whole foods into my diet!. Such as brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, beans & pulses!. These are high in fibre and will keep you feeling fuller for longer!.

I eat lean meats (no fat on), poultry (no skin on), fish with scales on (no batter), eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (including potatoes - making sure you keep them plain and simple), low fat dairy products, skimmed milk, and non sugary cereals!.

Snack on fresh fruit only in between meals, drink plenty of water, stop eating when you feel full!.

Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN!. EXERCISE will really help to acelerate your weight loss!. Just by running around the park with your children can help, walking instead of jumping in the car!. The body is designed to move!.

One thing you have to remember!. The weight did not go on over night, so it won't come off over night!. You have set yourself a goal!. You need to be determined, have will power and be patient!. It is possible to achieve your goal!. I did, you can too!.

you got overweight by taking the "quick and easy" route!.!.!.!.weight loss is NEVER quick, or easy!.
You have two kids, don't you think it's time to teach them the importance of self discipline by developing some in yourself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight!. Doing it quickly is terrible for you and it will not stay off!. Also be careful the example you are setting for those kids of yours!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
