Question: How to keep the weight off!?
I just stoppped the lemonade diet and have lost almost 13lbs!.

Well done on the weight loss! One of the problems with "fad" diets is you can end up more prone to put on weight when you come off that diet!. It's about changing your body's "set point" which is the weight your body naturally wants to maintain!. You can re-set the set point if you eat sensibly and lose weight slowly!.

To keep the weight off you need to eat healthy foods - fresh when you can, avoid processed stuff and junk food!. Don't drink anything except water and maybe one glass of juice or water a day!. Choose low fat dairy!.The main thing is to exercise!. If you exercise every day you can eat a little more and your body will be able to keep the weight off!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

- drink 4-8 glasses of water a day
- eat healthy (lean meats, vegies, fruits, nuts, etc)
