Question: Will I be able to loose 10 pounds in one month on this diet!? (FULL DIET PLAN!)
Okay, so Id eat 1000 calories a day and do I Taebo video 5 days a week (about 40 mins)!.
Heres a days food: (I am vegan)

Breakfast:
3/4 cup Cheerios (not Honey Nut) [110]
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk [40]
Total: 150!.

Snack One:
1/4 cup of walnuts [200]
1 medium peach [50]
Total: 400!.

Snack Two:
2 cups of lettuce [15]
1 tbsp low cal dressing [10]

Total: 425

Lunch:
1 Boca (Vegan) burger [70]
1 whole wheat bun [140]
1 tbsp ketchup [15]

Total: 650!.

Snack Three:
1 medium peach [50]
2 cups lettuce [15]
1 tbsp dressing [10]

Total: 725!.

Dinner:
3/4 cup Honey Bunches of Oats (w!. almonds) [130]
1/2 cup unsweatened soy milk [40]

Total: 895

Dessert:
2 packages of latte mix [120]
Ice cubes [0]

Total: 1015!.

(I know its not perfect, but its made out of what I already have at home)!.
So, do you think I'll be able to loose ten pounds in a mouth with this diet (combines with 40 minutes of cardio)!?

You gotta eat a lil more, add some meat/fish to your diet!. And are you going to follow this same diet everyday, if yes then GOOD LUCK!. Also Dont exersice everyday, you have to let your body rest, do it 5 times a week!. The rest looks pretty good, nicely laid out and food choices are good too!. I think you can lose 10 pounds, but eat a lil bit more!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

anyways most effective way to loose weight is through diet and excersice!. both should be done!. and its the habit that you wanna gain and not just loose weight!.


oh, missed the taebo part!. anyways, red somewhere that we shouldnt eat less than 1500 calories!. hope someone here put up why, i forgot heheWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how much you weigh now!. If you are pretty chunky, then yeah probably!. However your calorie count is way low unless you are already not much over 100 lbs!. And you don't have enough protein!. Boost your calories by 200 and make it a protein/healthy fat addition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
