Why do i feel like puking when i jog?!


Question: Why do i feel like puking when i jog!?

Take it easy and build up your stamina!. It will get better with time!. For now don't eat for about 2 hours before you jog and if you feel like puking stop and take a breather!. Eventually your body will get used to jogging and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you need to get a little something in your stomach before you go on the jog!.!.!.maybe a banana or something might help out!.!.!.just a little something!.!.!.!.

maybe you should start of doing other forms of cardio for a lil bit to get your body warmed up to exercise!.!.then try running!.!.!.make sure you warm your body up really good b4 you start runningWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are dehydrated!. Make sure you drink plenty of water before, during and after your run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body doesn't like it try some other form of exercise, or are you running on an empty stomach, or a full one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
